Setting what may have seemed to be an impossible goal turned out to be one of my most rewarding life experiences. After almost 3 years of preparation and training, I ran my first full marathon in Philadelphia in November 2011. Yoga for Runners?
Thinking about adding Yoga to my exercise regimen. I have tried it in the past but it just didn’t seem to click with me. I’d like to hear from other runners who include Yoga in their training programs. Does it work for you?
